Yeast experiment - Year 5 students

5th graders have been working on invertebrates animals during the Science sessions. But, one day the teacher asked them why vertebrates and invertebrates are living beings, so they gave an answer. After that, another question was made "Is the yeast a living being?" Students made their hypothesis, and they did an experiment to find out the answer.

Do you want to know the answer? If you see any 5th grader around school, ask them! They will glandly answer you!

Volcanoes - Year 4 students

4th graders have been working on the relief of Catalonia. In groups they have been doing some research about mountains, rivers, ... that we can find in each province.

Taking into account that in Girona we can find a volcanic area, and the Croscat volcano, students created their own volcanoes in the Arts and Crafts sessions.

Afterwards, we went to the Science Lab and we simulated a volcano eruption.
